Somebody gave me back my focus

Do you know, from childhood, I have thought that something and the exciting thing will happen to me? Well, what's that interesting? I still don't have any idea about that, but you know there are always our inner selves that keep telling us something remarkable will happen. So I still keep feeling that. 


From childhood, I have been very fond of meditation. I still remember that we used to have a yoga teacher in our school. After everyday morning prayer, we used to have a one-hour meditation and yoga session. 


Most kids were not into yoga and meditation at all. But few like me were very much interested in doing meditation, specifically "Pranayam." 


                                                     


       

I still remember how our yoga teacher used to say that Pranayam is one of the most influential and significant yogic practices. How it influences our mind into positive, seeing things more clearly.


Pranayam is a Sanskrit language word. Prana means "vital life force," and Yama means to gain control. While doing this, we must breathe in from one side of the nostril by keeping one finger on the opposite side and vice versa. 


It teaches us how one can control on their unexpected desire and emotion. Our yoga teacher used to say that doing Pranayam continuously and with consistency, it can increase your life years. 


I heard a lot of times from my surroundings, friends etc., that we are stressed and don't know how to control it. Sometimes, people choose evil ways to get themselves free from stress. I believe if we do meditation instead of harmful practices, life may get a lot better than it is now.


As human beings, we seek temporary pleasure, but we forget about permanent happiness. So we keep our minds busy with this momentary pleasure but never try to seek endless fun.


All I want to say is that we should somehow try to face our challenges instead of running from them. I have seen many people who stress out but never tend to run away from their problems. They are a kind of inspiration to me. Observing people and our surroundings teaches us many things that can quickly solve our problems. 


I was also out of focus for the past few days. However, I recently met someone who taught me and inspired me to stick to the target. It may take time but with consistency, we can quickly achieve it. 


This guy has started his Youtube channel besides working in the company as well. He started his Youtube channel in December. He used to upload videos every week without delay. Finally, his hard work paid off when he got 45000 views on his one video, which got popular on Youtube. It might not be a big deal for some of you, but it was as I was struggling badly with my Youtube channel. I couldn't focus on my Youtube channel at all. 


At least now I am finally able to focus on my Youtube channel. All I want to say that we can achieve anything we desire in life with consistence practice.  Why I wrote about meditation part in the starting because it keeps influence our mind to be positive about goals. Meditation is the significant key factor to keep our mind focus on the things we desire to achieve. You may feel this once you start practicing mediation while working consistently for your goals. I may tell you a biggest secret to train your brain with just one trick in my next post so stay tune.
