I woke up covered in a blanket along with my kitten and squirrel. I felt anxious all of a sudden to the point where I ran to the washroom and ended up vomiting.
Now I started thinking why all of a sudden I'm feeling this way. My squirrel and miya both came by my side and started scratching the wall. I shushed her not to do that.
I didn't feel like being here and trusting the man who calls himself my father. I felt bad vibes about him the time he hugged me.
I tiptoed outside slowly from the room and went to the corridors which were leading to some different rooms which were locked. I was hiding from my father and his men in black suits.
"It's pretty weird though why these mafia people always wear black suits" I thought. I came to the huge and most luxurious hall I have ever seen in my life.
I was awestruck at the beauty and couldn't understand how rich this guy is.
I hid behind the wall as I wanted to get out of this place. I gestured to my kitten and squirrel to follow me. Well, I have to say these both have started understanding my gesture and sign.
Suddenly I saw a man coming from the huge corridors. As he saw me and smiled at me. I felt my heart beat rise for a moment.
"What are you doing here sweetheart?" He spoke.
"Nothing, I was just exploring this huge place" I lied.
"Ok, are you hungry?" he said.
"Yea, a little", I lied straight to his face.
He went away to get me something to eat. Well, this was my queue to get the hell out of this place and that handsome crappy man who calls himself my father.
I went straight running outside and hid in the huge bush along with my kitten and squirrel and shushed them to not make a noise.
We waited here for an hour to find the way to jump over that wall but how because I am so small just a 5 year old kid. But being free and completely my own is a different kind of thriller and freedom. When I was trapped in that ugly old orphanage I always used to dream of being free and running away from that hellhole.
Well, I ran away from that place and now I need to run away from here. But along the way I met two best people. Well, I call them people because they are at least better than humans in some way as per my experience.
It was a nightfall as we ended up sleeping in this bush. It was a full moon shining brightly in the sky and I could see everything clearly even at night which will somehow help me to escape this place.
We started walking side by side along the bush and reached that tree which could help us to jump over the wall. Miya jumped over the branch and started looking for me to jump as well. I was looking for something that would easily help me to climb the tree but I couldn't find anything.
Suddenly I heard a few men screaming and shouting, obviously it's because of us.
One of the men saw me outside the room window. I hurriedly need to climb over this tree or else we will get caught. I took out my shoes and threw them outside the wall and started climbing on the tree and the squirrel and miya started guiding me towards the outside and we were now on the wall and we jumped altogether towards the ground. Out of fear I took my shoes and started running towards the road.
We came near the beautiful lake and lied down. We looked at the sky and took a deep breath as that place was like a little down slope so nobody could see us here. We heard the car's engine going towards the straight road.
We three slept there the whole night and felt pretty tired. Those men in black will never come here to look for us as this place was still close to that place from where we escaped.
